The HUNT RITE Team has a unique combination of hunting and product development experience to offer a complete service from partnership; branding your idea as a HUNT RITE product, to consulting and walking you through each step up to marketing your own product.

HUNT RITE was founded by a couple of hunters that have 25 years experience in manufacturing, sales and marketing. We can offer a single source of full service including idea to conceptual layout, design intent for application and manufacturability, patent search, patent application, patent filing, prototyping, graphics design for logos, trademarks, packaging, mechanical and electrical engineering, complete resource of manufacturing shops, marketing and sales. This complete service is produced in the Pacific Northwest and we are proud to offer the most competitively priced American made products.

The partnership agreement consists of your approval of the HUNT RITE contract of product partnership and HUNT RITE Accessories choosing your product to be branded and positioned in the HUNT RITE products portfolio. HUNT RITE Accessories may pay in full or may share product development cost with you as the inventor depending on the product. You as the inventor will pay for in full, the cost of patenting and in return will own the product. Contract term is 5 years. The original development costs that are paid in full by HUNT RITE or shared by the inventor will determine the sales profit margin once the product is branded and marketed.

If your invention does not fit into the HUNT RITE brand of products it may not mean that it is not a marketable product. If that is agreed upon HUNT RITE will charge a reasonable fee to help you through the same processes so that you may market and brand your idea.

The consulting agreement consists of your approval with the HUNT RITE consulting contract. HUNT RITE will provide a step-by-step of product development evolution with estimated cost and lead time prior to signing the contract.

Step 1		Review NDA (non disclosure agreement), print, sign under inventor and return via fax or email upon receipt HUNT RITE will sign, patent writer will sign and NDA will be returned to inventor. Be sure to complete contact information.
Step 2		HUNT RITE will contact inventor for an introduction. We want the inventor to ask any and all questions that they need to. HUNT RITE respects your idea.
Step 3		Inventor to introduce idea to HUNT RITE. The idea can be introduced as conceptual description, conceptual illustration, 2-D drawing, 3-D model/CAD file or physical prototype.
Step 4		HUNT RITE will review inventor's idea and reply with an accept or decline. An idea that is declined would be for lack of industry probability, non original design or potential patent infringement and will be followed up with a letter of reason. An idea that is accepted will require a $500.00 payment. The payment will cover the patent search through United States patent and trade office (USPTO) and design suggestions for function and manufacturability. Upon receipt of payment HUNT RITE will perform the search and provide results within 6 weeks. While the patent search is in process HUNT RITE and inventor will determine a partnership or consulting agreement.
Step 5		HUNT RITE will propose a partnership quote to inventor about their new hunting related product or a consulting quote to walk the inventor through developing their product, to be ready for marketing.
Step 6		Inventor to review the PARTNERSHIP or CONSULTING CONTRACT, print, sign and return.
Step 7		HUNT RITE will provide a step by step time line.
Step 8		HUNT RITE and inventor will execute the contract to completion.
Step 9		HUNT RITE or inventor will market and sell the new product.
